Freezer Lamb

We raise delicious American lamb for our own freezer and for yours. We have chosen breeds that are known for their excellent health and mildly flavored meat.

Our lambs are purchased from a reputable breeder at the end of March and are butchered in the fall.

Prices:
This year, we will be charging $6.25/pound hanging weight** for our finished lambs.

Earl’s Meats provides our slaughter/processing services.  Their mobile unit comes right to our farm which eliminates stress for the lambs.  Less stress means tender meat.  Their fee of $100 covers both slaughter and processing, and you will work personally with them to create a meat bundle that suits your family perfectly.

*”Hanging Weight” is measured after an animal has been slaughtered and all waste portions are discarded (i.e., from a 100 pound lamb, you can expect around 60-65 lbs. of meat).
