Lambs and Piggies

 Who wants lamb and pork this year?

When March comes, Love Led Farm springs into action…no pun intended. Our ducklings have arrived–a future post. This year’s laying hen chicks have been ordered. And now we are talking with the farmers who supply our lambs and piglets.

Due to limited space and a “breezy” barn, we prefer not to breed our own. This allows us to focus on what we know best:  raising the most delicious grassfed lamb and handfed pork you’ll ever taste.

Why would you choose to pay extra for meat that is locally raised?

Imagine a pork chop that is meaty, tender, and pink not because of brine that was added for shelf life but because the healthy pig was carefully fed and allowed to live a happy, stress-free life.
